Bobbie Jean is an accomplished attorney dedicated to the practice of probate law, bringing a unique blend of legal expertise and clinical insight to her clients. Before entering the legal profession, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, magna cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson University and spent 15 years as a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiac care, oncology, and hospice. This foundation shapes her compassionate, client-centered approach to estate matters.

She later earned her law degree from the Nashville School of Law, graduating fifth in her class and being inducted into the prestigious Cooper’s Inn Honor Society. The Tennessee Supreme Court recognized her as a Law Student for Justice for her extensive pro bono service across Middle Tennessee.

Bobbie Jean began her legal career as Staff Attorney to Judge Randy Kennedy in the Davidson County Probate Court, and later directed probate matters at the Tennessee Center for Estate and Elder Law, where her team received the Ruthie Award for Favorite Law Firm. Today, as the founder of her own firm, she brings together medical knowledge, legal skill, and unwavering compassion. The firm’s growth, rooted in referrals and word-of-mouth, reflects her integrity and results-driven practice.

Based in Brentwood, Bobbie Jean serves clients throughout Middle Tennessee, balancing professionalism with creativity and a spirited personality. Outside the office, she enjoys live music, performances at the Nashville Symphony, and attending local sporting events.
