 Bryan De Cuir serves as Of Counsel to the firm, bringing more than 19 years of experience in the estate and financial planning industry. A graduate of Western State University College of Law and the University of California at Santa Barbara, Bryan leverages his dual background as both a wealth advisor and attorney to design sophisticated, personalized estate plans.

His niche practice in advanced estate planning complements the firm’s broader probate and estate services, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, asset protection strategies, and complex tax planning techniques designed to preserve wealth and ensure the smooth transition of assets upon death or incapacity.

A lifelong learner and accomplished public speaker, Bryan is a Distinguished Toastmaster who has delivered hundreds of speeches and mentored many through Toastmasters International. He resides in Franklin, Tennessee, with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Skylar and Luca. Outside of his practice, he enjoys family life, movies, and exploring emerging technologies.
